3. Bookings and Clarity Calls

Appointments must be booked via our scheduling system (CMM). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance at support@theprofitanalyst.com.au.

4. Purchase of Services

Purchasing a service via the Website confirms your agreement to:

- Pay the listed price (inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise);

- Adhere to the Payment Gateway Provider's terms;

- Abide by the refund and cancellation policy;

- Pay enforcement costs in case of payment default.

5. Access & License Terms

Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access the purchased service through our education platform (Skool). Licence duration is specified at the time of purchase. Sharing access or materials is prohibited.

6. Refunds & Termination Policy

The Profit & Cashflow Mastery System is non-refundable unless deemed unsuitable after the initial 1:1 session. If terminated early, all outstanding payments are due within 7 days. The Profit Analyst reserves the right to terminate access with 7 days' notice for breaches of these Terms. Post-90 Day membership, cancellations require 30 days' written notice.

7. Membership Pausing

A one-month pause may be approved at The Profit Analyst's discretion. A written request must be submitted via email. Admin fees may apply.

8. Conduct Expectations

You agree to:

- Use the Website and Services lawfully and respectfully;

- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials;

- Refrain from spamming, harassment, or copyright infringement;

- Avoid unauthorised commercial use or automated access.
